e-signature solution

Description of work:

Traditional paper documents go back to the background, so most of the modern companies use digital documents. Electronic signatures are legally binding.

This project is an unique product that makes electronic signing easy without compromising on data security.

The idea of this project was to create solution for signing and approving all types of the documents in online mode, including bank forms, tax documentation, insurance paperwork, invoices, contracts, proposals, leases and other housing and rental agreements, NDAs etc.

For the user’s verification were implemented:

– face recognition

– voice recognition

The project was performed with the help of such the technologies as MVC / TPL / Microsoft Office Interop / Voice Identification / Face Identification.
